: Auch wenn die dt. Grammatik in der offiziellen Seite der boliv. Botschaft unter "Amtlicher Staatsname" missachtet wurde (Derdoktor hats richtig) und das sehr an den Haaren herbeigezogen klingt, müssen wir das wohl so hinnehmen.

: Logischer als der "Amtliche Staatsname", denn Bolivien beherbergt mehrere Völker, aber ist m.W. kein Zusammenschluss mehrerer Nationen (aber diese feine Unterscheidung ist wohl eher eine Angelegenheit der deutschen Sprache).

Danke bestens. Natürlich kann Bolivien einen offziellen deutschen Namen bestimmen. Aber zwingt es uns, alle Staaten, die verschiedene Völkerschaften umfassen, demenstprechend zu bennennen?

Allgemeine Information: Der Plurinationale Staat Bolivien ist eine freie, unabhängige, souveräne, multiethnische und multikulturelle Nation, gegründet als einheitliche Republik. Als Regierungsform hat sie eine repräsentative und beteiligende Demokratie angenommen.
Nachbemerkung:
Der Übersetzer der Botschaft hat sich auch vergalloppiert: wir sagen "eine partizipative Demokratie", nicht eine "beteiligende Demokratie". Sein "plurinational" müssen wir hinnehmen, weil es eben offiziell ist, aber nur deshalb.
