"The risk uses are..." mit der Bedeutung: "Die risikobehafteten Anwendungen sind Aluminiumfolie, Polyester und Papier, die beschichtet, lackiert und bedruckt werden.
Jetzt geht vielleicht aus dem Kontext hervor, um die Anwendung von was es sich handelt.
Falls in dem Text nicht näher das "Risiko" erläutert wird, würde ich zurückhaltend "Gefahrenpotential" daraus machen.
Das Gefahrenpotential besteht in der Verwendung von ...
