Is often in my experience simply left as "play" (with a small "p") in German.
An example from the heading of a German text which I once translated:
Erarbeitung eines integrierten, playübergreifenden Explorationskonzepts für das zentrale NSB (Niedersächsische Becken) - development of an integrated multiplay exploration concept ....
Otherwise I've also come across "Konzept für Öllagerstätten", though I can't recall the context.
