Ich brauche hier die Hilfe von Seeleuten :)
In einem Vertragstext steht folgender Satz:
"Discharge operations at the Terminals are to be undertaken on a SSHINC basis 24 hours a day 7 days a week, commencing within 1 hour from the Master of the Vessel or Substitute Vessel declaring All Fast at the Terminal."
Nach Recherchen konnte ich folgende englische Definition für "All Fast" finden, was den Vorgang klärt:
"The time at which the mooring or docking procedure is completed and the vessel is safely tied up or moored."
Meine Frage:
Wird dieser Begriff üblicherweise in Englisch beibehalten und verwendet oder gibt es dafür ein deutsches Pendant?

I even begin to doubt whether you have actually read the references posted along with the answer.
The answer and the first reference given refer to professional mooring services offered in the international port of Hamburg, not for some recreational landlubber under sail in a pram dinghy-sized excuse for a yacht on the Alster.
Festmacher is an established profession, just like Bugsierer, Quartiersmann and several other professions of a maritime ilk.
The company quoted offers mooring services for, I quote,"large ships", nämlich "Dicke Pötte".
The second reference refers to Dampfer und Schlepper - neither of which are particularly frequently met with in recreational sailing circles.
