रोग सम्बन्धी जांच के लिए जाना
In my opinion, it stands for seeing the doctor to get an examination done for certain ailment or health problem. Hence I used the term "रोग सम्बन्धी जांच" for the word "clinical'', as clinical trials are called "रोग सम्बन्धी परीक्षण" in hindi.

चिकित्सकीय/चिकित्सा-संबंधी विज़िट
The term 'clinical visit' has a special meaning. Here the word 'clinical' is an adjective to the word 'visit' (a noun). And the other combinations used are: Visit Code, 1st Visit, 2nd Visit, Last Visit, All Visits, No. of Visits, Summary of Visits, Clinical Visit Report, Analyis of Visits, etc.

"Clinical Visit" refers to the interaction between the doctor and the patient. To be more precise, clinical visit relates to a clinic or conducted in or as if in a clinic and depending on direct observation of patients; "clinical observation"; "clinical case study".
We can also say "चिकित्सकीय जांच / चिकित्सा जांच / चिकित्सा निरीक्षण
