"Prepayments
Páginas Amarelas may prepay the principal without penalty, provided that (i) prepayments are made on the scheduled
interest payment dates and (ii) Páginas Amarelas sends notice to CGD no later than ten business days prior to the
relevant prepayment being made. At any other time, early repayments of the principal are permitted without penalty,
provided that (i) Páginas Amarelas agrees with CGD the payment of broken funding cost for the remainder of the
current interest accounting period and (ii) Páginas Amarelas sends notice to CGD no less than five business days
prior to the relevant repayment being made."
