The following shall be used when loading and unloading (transferring) chemical products, hazardous material, or wastes to prevent impact to land:
• Transfers conducted by contractors shall be supervised by SGS employees to ensure the transfer is conducted appropriately.
• The start and endpoint (i.e., tank or container volumes) for each transfer shall be confirmed prior to transfer, to avoid overflow.
