English to Japanese Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) WORK AGREEMENT

Client shall have the sole and exclusive right throughout the world to reproduce the Work in any form or medium and to exploit said reproductions in any manner Client sees fit, or to refrain there from in Client¥'s sole discretion, to modify or make derivative works based on the Work, and to otherwise exploit the Work in amy manner whatsoever.
