受領
ここでのreceiptは単に交わす契約書の受領のことだと思います。通常、契約書の場合、甲と乙の両者が一部ずつ持つことが通例となっています。お互いになるべく歩み寄り、誠意をもって両者にとり円満かつ潤滑に物事を進めることも契約書の主旨のひとつです。したがって、お互い良い関係を保ちながら、その妥当性および条件に合意(受け入れ)ることを記した書類(つまり契約書)を受領することによって、両者は以下の通り合意した、という解釈になると思います。
