Dosłowniej byłoby: stacja/zakład pomiaru [poziomu] dopuszczalnej aktywności promieniotwórczej odpadów - ale moim zdaniem nie brzmi to zbyt logicznie, gdyż mierzony będzie każdy poziom radioaktywności (również ten niedopuszczalny).
Chyba że tak: stacja pomiaru aktywności promieniotwórczej odpadów pod kątem możliwości wprowadzenia ich do środowiska (naturalnego).
