O inglês não me parece de boa qualidade. Ou então poderá tratar-se de um engano, não?
Na minha opinião, acho que se diria "fully normalized financial burden", ou seja, parece-me que está mal o termo e a própria construção frásica. Aquele adv. de modo deveria vir imediatamente antes do normalized, acho eu.
A mim, parece-me que o orador quer dizer:
- Results are aligned to [the] fully normalized financial burden reported by the segment.
TRAD.: Os resultados estão alinhados com os encargos financeiros (= financial burden) totalmente normalizados (regularizados?) que foram reportados / comunicados pelo segmento.
