Column Loader

Tech/Engineering
Other
tilting point
The loader is operated by a pushbutton control equipment mounted in a panel. This panel is placed on the narrow side of the loader housing at a height of 1100 mm above the floor where the tank is moved into the fork.
The panel is equipped with four pushbuttons – two black ones for UP and DOWN and two red ones for STOP.
If the loader is built together with mixers, grinders or fillers and the height of the tilting point exceeds 2500 mm, the loader will always be equipped with a fence.
For both directions up and down, the loader is operated manually the first/last metre above the floor by pressing the UP/DOWN button for the hold-to-run function.
The tank is moved into the lifting fork until it reaches the bottom. Before starting the lift the operator should be sure that no persons are inside the safety fence in order to avoid injuries while the lift is operated. The operator presses the UP-button for the first metre (hold-to run function). The operator should make sure that the tank is lifted correctly and must keep a certain distance from the fork and the tank to avoid any risk getting caught on the fork/tank.
