This sort of construction using "noun + of" is very typically FR, and usually (well, often!) works better in EN if you change them into active verbs and get rid of the 'of'; I think you'll find this might open up more possibilities for you here, along the lines of what Armorel has been saying. Perhaps something along the lines of "Assembling glucometer kits, labelling, and user instructions"?

Yes, exactly, well put. Assembling the entire kit is what I'm looking for. So you think I should go for a description, a? I was really looking for a single word as it is a title and I don't want to make it sound too convoluted.
But thanks for your input, it clarified my question.

There's a huge difference between "assembling blood glucose meters" (actually putting the meter together" and "assembling blood glucose meter kits" (putting together the (ready-made) meter and all the other bits and pieces that go with it). It sounds as though the latter is what you are describing - putting the whole package together, not just the meter.

Perhaps you want something like "addition of documentation and consumables".
