I translated it roughly as "Cancellation of transactions cleared wrongly." The context deals with electronic payment systems for banks (with regards to the creditor and debtor).

There isn't an acronym in English. You need to decide how you want to translate it, and then create an acronym - but only if this is necessary, for example if the phrase is used later in the document and you want to avoid repetition. What thoughts have you had about how you would translate it?
