La conception de la station de pompage et des galeries SEC (cf. réf. [27]) intègre la prise en compte du risque incendie par la séparation des 4 divisions **abritant** les 4 trains des fonctions de sûreté principales (CFI et SEC).

CFI = “filtration eau brute”
SEC = “système d’eau brute secourue"

Can anyone tell me what the verb arbitrer means in this context. Thanks in advance.

It should be "abriter" and it means "housing" or "containing"
