This phrase probably has a standard English equivalent from Logic or Rhetoric, but because I'm neither very logically minded nor a convincing speaker, I don't know it and can't find it with 100% certainty. The phrase "indisputable assertion" comes up often in the Internet, but it sounds a bit too strong. Here is the context:
"Es zeigt sich, dass sich durch die begrenzte Bandbreite der einzelnen Reaktionsparameter und die z.T. entgegengesetzte Wirkungsrichtung der Reaktionen letztlich doch belastbare Aussagen abzuleiten sind. Wenn etwa eine Kompensation der Kostensteigerung bei den Fluggesellschaften als Reaktion unterstellt wird (z.B. durch verbrauchsarmes Fluggerät, engen Sitzabstand, höhere Auslastung), steigen die Ticketpreise weniger stark und auch die Fluggastreaktionen sind schwächer ausgeprägt."

This is an admittedly "liberal" translation, but that's what I get out of the German, that it's something clear and indisputable. Hope this helps a bit!

Comment: "I chose your answer because you, in contrast to the others, got the direction right, everybody else missed the "letztlich doch" phrase. I could not give any more points because what I finally used was "valid conclusion" which seems too far away from "unequivocal statements" for the full 4 points. I am sure that I do not need to say that incriminating does not fit the context. In legal context it would fit though. I too have tried to find something in the Internet but to no avail. Maybe something along the lines of "conclusions which are disputable" or "subject to possible scrutiny". When I think about belastbar, I do not think that indisputable would be quite right. Of course further context might make it clearer.

I don't think "incriminating" is necessarily a bad choice. It is correct, that in a legal context it might fit better. However "disputable" might not be the best choice either. Since the meaning of it is "zweifelhaft" or "bestreitend" it doesn't fit to well in my opinion. Since the german word "eindeutig" could be a replacement for "belastbar" in this context, I might even go simple and think about using "clear statements"
