This occurs in a "bereichsspezifische Prozessanweisung" that gives instructions for preparing and painting two parts of the housing of a piece of electronic equipment (for use in aerospace, not the superstructure of a ship).
"Diese Anweisung beschreibt die Erstellung von Lackieraufbauten der Baugruppen XX und der YY im Projekt ZZ mit Grundbeschichtung AA und mit Decklack BB. Falls erforderlich, dient diese Anweisung auch zur Nachbesserung beschädigter Lackflächen."
I think Lackieraufbauten literally means painted superstructures, but the document describes how to paint them.
