Depth
I am assuming that the Einliegetiefe is the depth of part of the mattress that rests against the bottom of the frame up to the side of the frame, so in other words if the mattress is 15 inches thick, the Einliegetiefe could be 8 inches, so only the top 7 inches of the mattress thickness (or depth) would be visible, the remainder is seated (and hidden) inside the frame. I would just call this depth, to me it's is self-explanatory that depth in this case refers to the frame depth.
