The phrase relates to the marble stadium in Athens and apparently "they say" the phrase above. I can see that it means good/nice marble but I'm not sure how to translate it into English. If anyone can help I will be very grateful.

The Panathinaiko (Panathenaic) Stadium (also known as the Kallimarmaron, i.e. the "beautifully marbled") in Athens is the only major stadium in the world built fully of white marble (from Mount Penteli). It should not be confused with the Panathinaikos football pitch (officially called the Apostolos Nikolaidis stadium) at Alexandras Avenue.

The "old" Olympic Stadium
This is the way I always heard it referred to by English speakers in Athens although I admit I am also interested to here how the καλλιμάρμαρο translates literally. Good question!
