Yes, Barbara. "What's behind a cup of coffee?" or "what's behind the coffee in your cup?" capture the meaning well, although as the speaker is referring to the coffee produced by his/her company, perhaps this should be more explicit: what's behind OUR coffee?

So it's either "how does the coffee get here", or "how does it get to you", depending on whether they describe what happens to it after it leaves their premises.

Extra context Dietro di me, alle mie spalle e tutto intorno, sono stoccati su pallet sacchi di caffè provenienti da oltre 17 paesi del mondo. Qui il caffè viene lottizzato, viene ricostruita la sua marcatura che garantisce tutta la tracciabilità della filiera del prodotto stesso.
Nel momento in cui il prodotto deve essere utilizzato verrà portato direttamente nel nostro silos che provvederà a fare una seconda selezione. Si tratta di un secondo setacciamento effettuato con lo scopo di evitare che eventuali corpi estranei vadano a danneggiare il prodotto. Diciamo che l’80% del nostro magazzino si compone di prodotto Arabica. Le specie di caffè comunemente più note al mondo sono oltre 100 ma quelle commercialmente più rilevanti sono essenzialmente tre: la Coffea Arabica, la Coffea Robusta e la Coffea Liberica.

The idea is presumably something like "how does the coffee get from the plantation to your breakfast table", but it would be useful to have more context.
