and perhaps R.E. stands for Rami Elementari. If that's the case, then it could be translated as "class of insurance" or something like that.

Perhaps S/P stands for Standard & Poor's (credit rating provider) since they mention redditivit�... I'm just guessing. Do you know the meaning of "anomm mobile"?

Unfortunately does not appear anywhere else in the document - it is all about insurance but it appears as a note in a Table.
