Va preliminarmente ricordato che non v’è ***alcunché*** d’abusivo nel fatto che una specialità farmaceutica (quale il XXXX di XXXX & Co. o il XXXX di XXXX) possa essere oggetto di protezione brevettuale in uno Stato membro anche successivamente alla cessazione di tale protezione in (tutti gli) altri Stati membri. Sorry, but since the double negative is used differently than in English, I want to be absolutely certain whether then word means "any" or "none" in this particular case. Many thanks!!! :-)

Here it means that there is nothing "abusive" in the fact that blah blah blah... meaning that no law is broken if a member State protects the patent even when all the others no longer do. Italian double negatives are tricky;)
