Voir ci-dessous Explanation: D'habitude, ces deux termes sont séparés. On parle de la "bagna" et de la "farcitura". La BAGNA devrait correspondre à : SIROP ou EAU DE MOUILLAGE (on trouve les 2 expressions, tout dépend de la recette). FARCITURA devrait correspondre à : FOURRAGE ou GARNITURE (là aussi, on trouve les 2 termes).
