渡航費用=航空運賃。Generally covers air transportation to and from Japan. It does not cover accomodation, per diem, travel within Japan, or meals while in Japan. Given a limited space, my answer is tentative. See Reference below.

travel expense
"渡航費用" is the cost or expense for traveling. I think this would include all the expense that was required for travel.

The word 「渡航」費用is not used for domestic travels.

: Yeah, better to mention "Overseas" or "International", and expense should be plural in this case. Plus, you can guess from common sense but it doesn't even mention whether it's "return" clearly.
