'Multi-service customers' might be a good term for those who let one bank cover most of their banking needs.
agree Per Bergvall : I like this term better. Sven's loyalty customers actually have to pay an annual fee to show their loyalty. How weird is that? Also, I think it's bad form to enter disagreement with rival answerers. The alternative answer should be disagreement enough.
