My suggestion. I notice you are from Spain and in spanish it would be like this: El juez ordenó el embargo de sus bienes= The judge ordered the seizure of his assets.

If it has to do with what one in spanish is: \"ejecución de una hipoteca\" one could here use \"foreclosure\"=utleggsforeetning. It all depends on what is the legal basis for \"utleggsforetning \"
