These are all the communist times terms--that used to be popular in the Polish literary theory and the Soviet literary theory. Not good, really. I don't think they even use them in Russia, anymore.

Discussion
"terminy odpowiadające TYLKO wybranym czynnościom bibliotecznym", ale frazą (bez tylko ;) - zwróciłem się także, IMO czytelnie (na stronie?), do Askara - o poszerzenie kontekstu, czy chodzi o bibliografię.
Wciąż (Askerze? :) uważam, że - "primary/secondary sources" służy m. in. określeniu opracowania bibliotecznego, co pomaga skonstruować bibliografię, np. przez - nie-bibliotekarza.
Zdecydowanie nie są to terminy odpowiadające tylko wybranym czynnościom bibliotecznym :)
nie krytykuję, ale chciałbym podyskutować (jakby ktoś miał czas).
Być może właściwe będzie jednak użycie m. in. "works", bo przy tak wąskim - na razie - kontekście znaczy to (na razie :) - "pierwotne/wtórne źródła [informacji], co nie jest (na razie) idealnym ekwiwalentem "literatury podmiotu/przedmiotu", w odróżnieniu na przykład od pewności, co do lustrzanego rozumienia: "wąż" i "szlauch" :).
