Perfect adevărat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortar_and_pestle). Faptul că reţetele folosesc termenul "minced" arată că s-a schimbat instrumentul de lucru.

Cu scuzele de rigoare, îmi exprim aici cu toată tăria dorinţa de a vedea limba română ortografiată după toate canoanele, folosind în acest scop şi semnele diacritice.
