Another possibility. "Granules" will work better if in this context точечные вкрапления is referring to bits that differ in texture (gritty or grainy) from the rest of the soap. "Speckles" just refers to color. Hope that helps.

"Fine inclusions" would probably work, but it is not a terribly common usage and sounds quite technical...I have a hunch that soap production uses more mundane terms, and I can't find any soap-related uses of this phrase on Google...FWIW. Thanks!

: Speckled--good, but neutral, and concerns only color. Point inclusions--might work, but not often used. Mottled-blobs of color are too big to be точечные.
