out-patient care Explanation: Русский текст не очнь удачен- "сопровождение" на русском языке созвучно по смыслу с "эскорт"(следовать повсюду,со - провожать).То, что они хотели выразить- называется в медицине "патронаж на дому"-можно даже без "на дому", т.к. значение патронажа подразумевает наблюдение и посильную медпомощь(не будут же у нее роды дома принимать)- на дому. Но я не уверена в отношении "патронаж" в англоговорящих странах. I didn\'t find the word in Med. Dict.So, for USA the most common in such cases is- \"out-patient care for HIV-positive pregnant woman\". |
