Thanks, but Patricial is right. Although the root veggie soufflé is very popular, even more popular (and in this case correct) is the *whipped* root veggies!!

You are right. But it is **not** a "mousse". Actually Denise de la Peña is right. It's "whipped root vegetables". I just know because it is VERY popular and trendy nowadays. (never heard of "root veggie mouse")...
