This is a tricky one because, if I've understood it correctly, it says "shall not be liable for things which are its liability"

"CONTRACTOR shall not be liable under any circumstances, to Customer or to any of its employees, agents or customers for any damages whether indirect, special, incidental and / or consequential ***damages for breach of trust***, including but not limited to , loss of revenue, profits or savings, in connection with any claim, loss or expense arising for any reason.
