Spanish term

actividad neoplásica de bajo grado

Discussion

Dr Sue Levy (X) May 6, 2007:
@ silviantonia - "neoplasic" is not English - very common error though
Silvia Brandon-Pérez May 6, 2007:
there is no correlation between the frequency of ER presence, the neoplasic cellularity and the stromal reaction. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&d...
Silvia Brandon-Pérez May 6, 2007:
Me he quedado algo confundida... Based on the encouraging anti-neoplasic activity and the non-overlapping toxicity profiles of two-drug paclitaxel combinations, http://annonc.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/13/10/1665

And: Just in case you/re wondering about "tumour activity":

For the International Cancer Inst. Website:

tumor (TOO-mer)
An abnormal mass of tissue that results when cells divide more than they should or do not die when they should. Tumors may be benign (not cancerous), or malignant (cancerous). Also called neoplasm.

Thanks Silvia
disagree liz askew : I'm afraid it's not "level" acc. to WHO//By the way, all your refs are translations and refer to "anti-neoplastic activity", which I question in any case!

I am sorry, I disagree. I dont think that scientific papers published in journals with referees are translations ! And, 2 for neoplastic and 2 for anti-neoplastic.
