En un CT/PET de cuerpo entero de una paciente con cáncer de pulón:
"El aumento de captación descrito a nivel de la base del pulmón izquierdo pudiera estar relacionado con posible proceso inflamatorio sin descartar **actividad neoplásica de bajo grado**. Se sugiere hacer seguimiento de la misma en seis meses."
Se me ocurre "low intensity neoplastic activity". ¿Alguien podría confirmarme esto o sugerir una alternativa?

: I'm afraid it's not "level" acc. to WHO//By the way, all your refs are translations and refer to "anti-neoplastic activity", which I question in any case!

I am sorry, I disagree. I dont think that scientific papers published in journals with referees are translations ! And, 2 for neoplastic and 2 for anti-neoplastic.
