The context is an email in which staff of a telecom company are discussing applying a discount to the customer's services: "identificar las combinaciones de servicios...y proveer el tratamiento de descuento a nivel de BAN".
Providing the discount in this way is contrasted with presenting the services in a bundle at a lower price (where discount has been included in price), so I'm thinking it means at the billing stage or checkout stage or something like that but I can't figure or find out what BAN stands for. It's a Puerto Rican company.
