טקסט מקור - אנגלית 5.3. The fees applied are fixed and include all charges unless otherwise specified and explicitly noted in the PFIZER Order. Any extra charges exceeding these fees cannot be invoiced to PFIZER without its prior written consent.
ARTICLE 6 – OWNERSHIP
6.1 Any items that may be protected by intellectual property rights, including (but not limited to) any research results or analysis reports, records or statements, prepared for PFIZER by the SERVICE PROVIDER under the Contract and its subsequent Orders (hereinafter the “Results”), will become the property of PFIZER, subject to and in exchange for payment of the remuneration specified in the Orders. This assignment of rights extends to all uses required by PFIZER and its affiliated companies.
Accordingly, the SERVICE PROVIDER hereby transfers to PFIZER, upon the full payment of the Services pursuant to the conditions described herein and in the Orders, the following rights pertaining to the Results: the rights to communicate, reproduce, use, adapt and translate the Results, and more specifically:
Under the right of reproduction: the right to establish, digitize, publish, reproduce and duplicate the Results with no limit as to number, using any type of medium, including paper, magnetic, optical, digital, computer, telematic and electronic media, film, video cassettes, CD-ROM, CD-I, the internet or any other known medium, in any format or by any means, in any language;
Under the right of communication: the right to publicly communicate, or have communicated, all or part of the Results worldwide in French, Dutch and English, dubbed and/or subtitled, by any current and future means, specifically via cable, satellite, terrestrial broadcasting, video, CD-I, CD-ROM and any audiovisual means, particularly via public screening and telecasting anywhere and by any means, including full or partial public communication;
Under the right of translation: the right to translate, or have translated, all or part of the Results, or their adaptation into any language and reproduce, or have reproduced, these translations using any electronic, optical or magnetic medium;
Under the right of adaption:

Статья 6 — Право собственности.
6.1. Любые элементы, которые могут быть защищены правами на интеллектуальную собственность, в том числе (но не ограничиваясь): результаты любого исследования или аналитического отчета, записи, бюллетени, приготовленные Поставщиком услуг для компании PFIZER в соответствии с Контрактом, а также её последующие Задания (далее - «Результаты»), становятся собственностью PFIZER, в обмен на денежное вознаграждение указанное в Заданиях. Данная уступка прав распространяется на любые виды использования компанией PFIZER и аффилированными с ней компаниями.
Соответственно, Поставщик услуг настоящим передает компании PFIZER, после полной оплаты Услуг, произведенной в соответствии с условиями указанными здесь и в Заданиях, следующие права, касающиеся результатов: права передавать, копировать, использовать, переделывать, переводить Результаты, а конкретно:
По праву копирования: право на воссоздание, оцифровку, публикацию, воспроизведение и дублирование Результатов без каких-либо ограничений по количеству, используя любой тип носителей, в том числе бумажные, магнитные, оптические, цифровые, телематические и электронные средства массовой информации, пленку, видеокассеты, компакт-диски любых стандартов, интернет или любой другой тип носителя, в любом формате, любыми средствами и на любом языке.
По праву передачи: право публично распространять все или часть результатов по всему миру на французском, голландском или английском языках, дубляжем и/или с помощью субтитров, с помощью любого существующего или которое появится в будущем средства, в частности с помощью кабельного, спутникового и радио вещания, видео, компакт-дисков и любых аудиовизуальных средств, в том числе с помощью публичного показа и телетрансляции в любом месте и любыми средствами, включая полное или частичное публичное распространение.
В соответствии с правом на перевод: право на перевод любой части Результатов или их адаптацию на любой язык и воспроизведение этих переводов используя любые электронные, оптические и магнитные средства;

I am a foreign relations manager at a prominent Israeli-Ukrainian law firm in Kiev, Ukraine. I am also a freelance interpreter and translator.
I am a native Russian speaker from the Former Soviet Union, currently based in Ukraine. I have lived in the USA and Israel for many years, and I am also highly proficient in English and Hebrew.
I hold a BA degree in International Relations from the Open University of Israel, Israel, and a MA degree in Resource Management from the University of Akureyri, Iceland. In addition, I have studied Jewish Law for 2 years at the Rabbinical College of America, USA.
My daily translation output is 2,500 words, depending on text complexity and specificity. My editing/proofreading output is two to five times this volume, depends on the quality of the text.
