I have been translating for over 40 years. At first, what caused me stress was the fear of not being paid and of not being able to meet the demand, which was high at the time because Portugal had just joined the European Community. Since then, things have changed a great deal, but experience has taught me how to cope with stress and I have become much more resilient…
