It works flawlessly on my computer, so it is either a rare bug related to your particular setup or maybe a faulty installation. Either way, not something which is easy to reproduce, so it's hard to fix. | | | TvNellen (X) ארצות הברית Local time: 14:43 מאנגלית להולנדית + ... It turns out tags have to be identical for auto-propagation to work. I changed the status of the remaining segments to not started and now auto-insertion works at least. Automatically proceed still doesn't work though... After insertion it just stops. These are my settings:

Yes, I have caught it, I think. The help file is wrong - if you select "Not started", it stops right there. What I did was to clear some 100% segments from my completed translation, set "Edited", "Fuzzy" and "Multiple 100%" in the goto settings and confirm a previous segment (remember it works on confirmation, not on insertion).
Then I saw the window stating "Pretranslating until next goto" (or something like that), the cleared segments got pretranslated and it stopped on the first edited segment. | | | TvNellen (X) ארצות הברית Local time: 14:43 מאנגלית להולנדית + ... TOPIC STARTER Still not perfect... | Jul 29, 2012 |

Thank you for your research. I did the same: changed my settings according to your directions, cleared 2 confirmed segments and then confirmed the previous segment. The 2 empty segments got filled in but then it skipped non-empty "not started" rows, which I do need to check. Pre-translate does overwrite non-empty "not started" segments, so I will use that from now on. | |

Bilingual import? | Jul 30, 2012 |
I wonder how you can get non-empty "not started" (i.e. grey) segments? Is it a bilingual file import?
Normally, segments which are non-empty and not confirmed are orange, that is their status is "Edited". | | | TvNellen (X) ארצות הברית Local time: 14:43 מאנגלית להולנדית + ... TOPIC STARTER

I know, I changed their status so that auto-insert would work. | | | Enote Local time: 22:43 מאנגלית לרוסית One more wish | Aug 13, 2012 |
I'd like to have option to treat tabs (in source text) as TU delimiters. By default MemoQ treats tabs as tags - not good for me... | | | You can do that already | Aug 13, 2012 |

You can do that if you import the file as docx. As this means Kilgray is aware of the issue, I suppose it is not possible to add this functionality to other import formats... | | | דפים בנושא: < [1 2] | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » My wish list for memoQ Trados Business Manager Lite | Create customer quotes and invoices from within Trados Studio
