My regular 15-minute break involves all sorts of different things, not always the same. If all breaks are identical, they will eventually become less efficient. Whatever you do in your breaks should be variable, as well as the duration. 15 minutes or 30, or 45, or 1 hour... or 10 minutes, who knows. In order for these breaks to be effective, we must eliminate any type of routine, regularity, discipline, etc. from them... as much as possible.
