...but not at the same time. Unless it's raining, I always break in the afternoon to take a walk with my dog. I might play a short online game. Tea sometimes. I wouldn't dare take a short nap because it would be too hard to wake up.

In this order exactly. When I say a snack it's probably something small, sweet and cute like a cake or a piece of chocolate.
Can't believe the TV option, would someone really enjoy watching TV after hours spent in front of the computer screen?

... to the nearest tree to hide some nuts for the squirrels. Then watching the fur stains ooze down the tree trunk to retrieve them - from a safe distance. How bundles of sheer muscle and teeth can look cute, is beyond me, but they do.

Hoovering, dusting, window cleaning, laundry, dishwasher... Gets me up and away from the desk, moving, clears my mind from the translation, and often that horrible sentence that caused me to take a break in the first instance suddenly seems easier to understand when I get back to the desk.

I may grab a coffee or surf internet randomly to break with the routine.
This depends on the urgency of the trasnaltion assignment.

My breaks are not timed. They might last just a few minutes to make an espresso coffee or much longer to take the dog for a walk, to do my shopping or some housework, it all depends on the project at hand and on my mood…
P.S. Ideal break? 15 minutes is not enough for my ideal break: sitting outside near the river or the sea enjoying the sun. The weather is beautiful (blue sky without clouds) today in Lisbon (18 °C/ 64 °F)!

...and sex as well, can be good for you. I'm not sure which improves my productivity more though, although I imagine anything that contributes to your general well-being will improve the quality of your work.
