Fest verankerte Plattformen: Sie bestehen üblicherweise aus fixen Rohrkonstruktionen aus Stahlblech und Rohren in verstrebter Ausführung mit Knotenschnittstellen, die mittels Pfählen und Templates am Meeresboden befestigt werden und normalerweise auf Wassertiefen von weniger als 100 Metern beschränkt sind.

我查了一本英汉石油专业词典，Templates 在英文中（这个词好像德文、英文拼写一样）是 “基盘” 的意思。你可以确认一下看能不能用。

还是基盘用得多一些。
