The latest revision of the Oxford program is now online (link below). I have attempted to accommodate feedback of various sorts, and have made some welcome last-minute additions. In addition to being very strong overall in terms of content--we really have some great speakers lined up--the latest program has less overlap among key sessions and more content for Sunday. Changes have also been made to meet the needs of those who are arriving late or leaving early.
For planning purposes, it will help us quite a bit if anyone who is considering attending but has not yet made payment would do so as soon as possible. Of the 174 who expressed interest, 96 are now paid and 78 are not. We need to make final arrangements for rooms and caterers, etc., so your responsiveness would be greatly appreciated. If you plan to attend, please pay online at http://www.proz.com/oxford or contact us (support request) to make other arrangements.
If you are already a registered participant, please visit the new program (linked below) and indicate which of the sessions you plan to attend. You are welcome to change your mind at any time, even at the conference, but specifying interests now will help staff and speakers to plan. It is particularly important that you add your name to the Wordfast and/or SDL training sessions, as these may require some electrical extensions, etc., depending on numbers. (For these sessions, you must bring a laptop.)
Registered participants are also invited to introduce themselves to other participants. See the "Participants" tab for a list of people who will be there, with their introductions.

If you are sure that you will NOT attend, but you have placed your name in the powwow page list www.proz.com/powwow/567 , please remove it clicking on the link visible immediately below the list of participants.
It says "Click here to remove your name entirely"

LAST MINUTE PARTICIPANTS
We will be able to receive participants at the last minute, directly at the reception desk, at the Conference entrance, until 9:30am, as we have not reached yet the maximum number of participants allowed.
If you decide to turn up on the day, please consider that for security (fire regulations) and logistic reasons, the maximum number of persons allowed in the premises is 240.
Bookings can also be done for 1 day (Saturday only or Sunday only). Please make a firm booking in advance if you want to ensure your place.
Bookings in advance are most welcome, as we need to organize the catering. If possible, please don't wait for the last minute.
