How can I find my TRADOS Dongle ID Number? (pre-version 3)

Dear colleagues,

I have a pre-3 Trados version and want to upgrade to 5.5.

The on-line form asks me to write the DOngle ID Number, and I am supposed to complete a 6-8 digit number. However, there is no such number on my dongle.

Has anybody experienced this trouble before? Does anybody know what I should do?

Sale expires on Monday and I won\'t find anybody in their office at the weekend !

open Workbench, click on Help - About. The dongle number is the number after the dash.

If I read this number 1-xxxxxx, you mean I should write only xxxxxx on the form?
