Ich dachte, "produktionssicherheit" heißt soviel wie "zuverlässig", aber da hier beides steht, liege ich da wohl falsch. Können jemand helfen?

Nein, du liegst nicht falsch, es heisst genau dasselbe, nach dem motto "warum ein wort verwenden, wenn mann zwie mit dergleichen Bedeutung verwenden kann". Würde einfach die eine Adjektiv verwenden, die englische Sprache ist viel Tautologie-feindliche als die Deutsche.

I'd just add the "Anlagen" into the equation. You can also say reliable and dependable, but the two "...ables" sound strange together....
