Es la hoja del expediente en la que se explican las calificaciones, etc...
Es un expediente de una estudiante de enfermería. En este caso se trata de un programa que ofrecen entre 3 universidades:

"Campus Alberta Applied Psychology:Tri-university Program
Students enrolled in this program have been admitted as graduate students to the Master of counselling program offered through the Campus Alberta Applied Psychology: Counselling initiative, a tri-university partnership by Atthabasca University, the University of Calgary and the University of Lethbridge. At minimum, the basis of admission was a baccalaureate degree.

¿A qué se refiere con "counselling"?
