I am translating "Looking After Children - Review of Arrangements" for a child in NI. Social services placed the child with a relative after an intervention. People involved were present at the review meeting and I've got this:

I am not sure if this "viewpoint" may refer to a proper name of some sort of consultation/software or whatever else. Or am I too suspicious and it simply means "participants' viewpoints considered"???
