см. ниже Explanation: Ввиду указанной аскером передачи прав и обязательств (не обязанностей) речь о том, что в такой-то день новый кредитор признается кредитором в документах по сделке финансирования (finance documents = documents pertaining to a finance (financing) transaction). А финансирование как раз и обеспечивается кредитором. Кроме того, "стороны по договору" еще куда ни шло, а вот "стороны по документу" - это новояз. Имхо, как и обычно. |
