Context is everything... It really does all depend on what this is an answer to; is the person SUPPOSED to receive any information from Fujitsu? The scenario you describe sounds as if the person ahs received their equipment, but the box did not contain the instruction manual; that is not the way I instinctively read this.

I rather thought that the epson was saying that they didn't receive any (sales?) information from F., except for some about products they were perhaps not interested in, like laptops and about security; or about 'laptops + security', which is why there was a sheet of paper (flyer?) about their security solutions included with the microcomputer (?)
really pretty impossible to unravel unless we know a bit more about the underlying situation.

papier à l'interieur Ok, I think I just had a bit of inspiration after reading it several times. The text of the reply apparently means to say the following: (rewritten)

"I don't seem to be receiving any information from fujitsu except for a laptop, micro(-phone/-processor??) security and a PAPER NOTICE (inside the box or package) saying 'home (or remote?) security solution' ".
In other words, the user receives in his home the laptop and stuff, along with a sheet of paper (inside the same package) that reads "remoe security solution".
What do you all think?

I think Sigfrido's suggestion is more likely - but why would you want to put paper inside a microphone?
Do you have the full context, Timothy? What is this document, and what does it say before and after this?

Crude? I was just wondering if it was meant to be 'papier à merde' — I've not heard it called that before, but maybe this person doesn't think much of the 'guts' inside Fujitsu equipment?

That's a strong possibility, especially as they've said "l impression", also minus an apostrophe, earlier in the sentence. But the whole sentence seems garbled to me.

Typo? Could it be a spelling mistake? i.e. the correct text saying "(...) avec papier à l'intérieur". Don't know it it makes much sense though...
