Quant au "therein", il est résolu par "en l'espèce" (i.e. dans la poursuite dont il est question). Vous auriez donc quelque chose comme "L'entrepreneur paie tous les dommages et dépens adjugés en l'espèce contre tous et chacun des membres du Groupe de la société et, de plus, rembourse le Groupe de la société de ses frais juridiques et déboursés courus dans le cadre d'une telle poursuite."

Hello Cyril, SBTS, here is a bit more context: "The Contractor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company Group from any and all losses, [...] suffered by the Company Group based on a Claim by any Person or party that the Work [...] infringes upon any intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, any patent, copyright or other entitlement issued by any applicable Government. The Party becoming aware of any such Claims shall notify the other Party, and the Contractor shall promptly undertake the defence of such Claims. The Contractor shall pay all damages and costs awarded therein against any and all members of the Company Group and, in addition, shall reimburse the Company Group for its legal costs and expenses incurred in connection with such Claim."
