Spanish term

Ayudar a lograr el tan deseado trabajo en equipo

Spanish to English Marketing Telecom(munications)
Quisiera saber si lo correcto sería traducir ¨tan deseado¨ como ¨coveted¨ es para promover un servicio.

Tengo lo siguiente:

1)To help accomplish the coveted teamwork

2)To help accomplish the desired teamwork

3)To help accomplish the very desired teamwork

o me pueden dar una mejor traducción. Gracias!

Thanks to all!!!
Ana Vozone Jun 12, 2015:
Teamwork indeed! Glad you found an answer ;)
Collin Stewart Jun 12, 2015:
Thanks, Erica. I'm glad we found a translation that works.
Ana Vozone Jun 12, 2015:
Hi, Erica, was my suggestion in any way useful?
Erica de la O Ortega (asker) Jun 12, 2015:
Thank you Collin: I will go with "Help achieve the much desired teamwork" if you want to change your first answer, I can submit the grading.
Collin Stewart Jun 12, 2015:
Phil, with the additional context from Erica, I would argue that vaunted is out of place here. The Collins Dictionary (the official one, not whatever definitions are rattling around in my head) gives this definition for the word: (formal, pejorative) praised more than deserved. But here teamwork is not overvalued, it's a good thing that companies want to achieve. Do you agree?

Erica, my opinion based on the context I have is that Help produce/achieve the much desired teamwork would effectively convey the message. I you really wanted to use contribute, you could say Contribute to achieving the much desired teamwork. I think the latter is weaker; gerunds usually are. If in context ayudar refers directly to the presentation, maybe It helps... would be better to start the phrase.

Erica de la O Ortega (asker) Jun 12, 2015:
Here is the context English: to help strengthening the enthusiasm and spirit of employees/staffing in benefit of their own growing, accomplish the desired teamwork and to find the missing piece of the puzzle that is not allowing the business expectations of the Company or Organization are met.

Context What does it say before and after this? The implication could be that they lack teamwork and this is a problem, in which case neilmac's suggestion would make sense.
Erica de la O Ortega (asker) Jun 12, 2015:
Thank you Collin, to be more specific. We are marketing a presentation to help employers to achieve the team work they always wanted to have to have good results so, what sentence do you recommend?
Collin Stewart Jun 12, 2015:
Hi Erica.

My instinct says that shorter is better when it comes to titles and headlines, so as not to scare clients away with too many words :). Do you think the word "promote" might confuse potential clients? I was thinking that they might misinterpret it to mean that the company is going to sell/market the teamwork itself rather than actually help them achieve the teamwork.
Erica de la O Ortega (asker) Jun 12, 2015:
Promote the much desired teamwork to be achieved Thank you all. After reviewing your suggestions it came to my mind the following translation "Promote the much desired teamwork to be achieved" I like Rosario's sugestion of "contributing" and a way to do it is promoting the idea. This is a title for a service to be provided so, it has to catch the client's eye. I look forward to any comment. Thanks!

help achieve the much vaunted teamwork

I think "much vaunted" may be the notion the asker was aiming for with "coveted", which I perceive as a tad too negative (Thou shall not...). It means highly or widely praised or boasted about (hence, desired).
Google "much vaunted teamwork" for 120+ results of use.

Help produce the much desired teamwork

I agree with neilmac that coveted is not the best choice since it can be associated with envy or negative desire (think codiciado). I like Ana's solution– I think the phrase "much desired" is much more accessible to the average reader than "vaunted," which itself has some negative connotations, in the sense of over-promoting something or boasting, and is less commonly used. In my view, produce + teamwork is a more common and natural-sounding collocation than deliver + teamwork.
