Hi all,
I came across this phrase at the end of an Egyptian birth certificate, the full sentence is as follows:
"لا يعتد بهذه الشهادة بدون ما هو طابع تامين الاسرة"
I think it's some kind of stamp, but I'm not sure how to translate "تامين الاسرة", "family insurance" doesn't sound right to me...
The target audience is in the UK.
I'd appreciate your suggestions.

: It should be "duty stamp." The stamp duty is the money paid to the government to cover the cost of the document. The duty stamp is the actual stamp placed on the document to prove that the stamp duty has been paid. Funny but true.
